We had a good and joyful experience. Well covered tour. Jayden from LOVE KOREA is very friendly and helpful. He made our experience a pleasurable and memorable one. He told us what we had to look forward to for every stop, and guided us on how to enter and exit, which was very easy for us to navigate and be on time for our bus! Jayden was also accommodative to requests and questions which made our journey smooth. Thank you for making my one and only Jeju group tour a beautiful one. Fantastic !

We had the best first day in Jeju, and it was entirely due to our incredibly knowledgeable guide, Mr. Choi, and safe and professional driver, Mr. Kim. From the start until the end of the tour, both were all smiles. We enjoyed Mr. Choi’s enthusiasm and passion while sharing his deep knowledge about Korean culture, history, values, and random trivia! We also learned a few words and phrases in Korean, Japanese, and Chinese! Mr. Choi also mentioned that they aren’t used to managing large groups (17), but they guided us to each and every spot effortlessly! Mr. Kim expertly managed all the driving and logistics on winding and busy roads, allowing us to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenery along SouthWest Jeju. Highly recommend their services!

Steven Yanagi is an amazing guide, fluent in English, Chinese and Korean. Took time to explain Jeju Culture, and taught us some useful Korean phrases. Gave us suggestions for great food as well. Made my mum's birthday extra special by proactively proposing ideas and getting a cake for us. Would definitely recommend this trip if it's your first time to Jeju!
Steven was a great guide - the information and local context he gave on the bus and around the Haeneyo museum really enriched the experience. He was also super organised and helped us to order lunch in advance so we could relax rather than have to speed-eat before a hike 😅it was a large group and it was managed seamlessly. A really great day, thank you!
