The guide, Nicole, was super nice and always helpful. We booked the two day tour and we were always lucky that she was always our guide for both of the tours. We were able to visit and explore all the main attractions here in this beautiful island!

Incredible excursion! The places are magnificent and everything is very well organized! The day before, a WhatsApp group was created to communicate with the guide. Elin-Jeju mama was amazing throughout the entire excursion, from her explanations to her atmosphere and energy!!! I highly recommend this tour!

Jay was an outstanding and very friendly guide! Made our day tour really enjoyable. Excellent driver and guide—knew an amazing amount of info. about Jeju, not just its history but its geological formation and sustainability. He was able to adapt our tour easily when the Haenyeo demonstration was canceled due to weather. One of the best tour experiences I’ve had in South Korea. I highly recommend him!
This was such an amazing and memorable tour! The itinerary was full of interesting places and experiences, and we got to see and discover so much throughout the day. Our guide Nicole was incredible! She has such an amazing energy and very positive attitude that instantly lifts everyone’s mood. She was extremely welcoming, friendly, enthusiastic, and always ready to help.
Haley (Jeju Sister) was such a knowledgeable and thoughtful guide. Since shes born and is native to Jeju (even visited her hometown area) she was able to share with us some history, culture, and even personal experiences of Jeju. Were very grateful to have had her as our guide. The experience to the South-West was delightful, with beautiful views of Jejus nature! It can get very windy since we are near the ocean so keep in mind if you are planning on wearing a hat (or a dress/skirt for the ladies). Since Ive done the East tour (highly recommend) compared to the East tour, there is significantly less walking, but there is still some stairs to do so still wear comfortable shoes. Thank you again to Haley and Mr.Kim (especially for driving us through the mountain roads!)

Clara was our guide and did a great job! Her english is very good and i understood her well. All the places we visited were very nice and beautifull, and Clara guided us in all of the places and explained everything about it and showed us around. Great option if yoy do not rent a car in jeju and wanna wisit it.

We must award Clara Kim a Big Hi-Five 5 🌟 Stars for her service and guided SW tour on 8 Oct 2026. Together with 6 friends from Singapore, its my 1st visit to Jeju. We are indeed lucky to have Clara, as she spoke very good English. Clara shared very interesting Jeju background and highlited each spot we visited so we get to know Jeju better as a tourist. Her clever tip and initiative to draw a map to show directions of each site we visited so we will not get lost and return to the bus safely. Her patience and jovial outlook boosted our day brighter. She always wear a smile and greeted each of us warmly. I will definitely recommend Clara Kim to my family and friends when they visit Jeju. For me..I will be back again to visit other part of beautiful Jeju.

2 days ago We loved our tour to the east of Jeju Island, with highlights including the Haenyeo female diver show and climbing Seongsan Ilchulbong, a volcanic crater and UNESCO world heritage site rising from the sea. We also visited a folk village and walked two kilometres (return) along the Manjanggul lava tube and cave, estimated to be between 100,000 to 300,000 years old. The following day we took another tour with Yeha Tours to the southern end of the Island, exploring wetlands, waterfalls, volcanic cliffs and a tea museum, before leaving the tour to catch an afternoon flight. We were lucky to have Nicole as our guide on both tours and enjoyed her sunny personality and extensive knowledge of the history and culture of the Island. She also helped us organise a taxi to the airport, which was most appreciated. I highly recommend these tours as a way to cover the vast distances between all the attractions on Jeju Island. Be prepared to walk a lot, bring a jacket as it can be very windy and cold in the mountains, bring snacks and water and enjoy the volcanic geography and unique cultural traditions of Jeju Island.

2 days ago Elin was extremely kind and made sure everyone was happy and included. She is very positive spirit which was especially helpful during the rainy weather. All the activities that we could do were worthwhile so I’d reccomend this to anyone going to Jeju for the first time.

2 days ago This trip wouldn’t have been the same without our energetic guide Elin (Jeju Mama). We didn’t have the best weather and therefore we had to skip some things but she found other things we could do! Highly recommend this tour… even in bad weather

2 days ago Ms Yoonsung (Elin) was such an amazing tour guide - she was very attentive and taught us about Jeju - language, history and culture. Despite the rainy weather, she kept our spirits high and made the trip fun at every stop. ‘Mama’ kept us smiling throughout the day. The tour itself is jampacked - with lots of stops that have been perfectly curated, including lunch which was delicious. Mr Kim, the bus driver, was also lovely- drove very well and kept us safe in the rainy weather.
