I have joined many group tours in different countries, but this one stood out because of our amazing guide Chloe. She created such a warm and friendly atmosphere that everyone in the group quickly became comfortable with each other. During the drives, she kept us entertained with fun stories, local recommendations, and interesting facts about Jeju, so there was never a boring moment. She balanced professionalism and friendliness perfectly, making the whole experience feel natural rather than overly scripted. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like we had explored Jeju with a knowledgeable local friend instead of just a tour guide.
Great introduction to Jeju Island with our guide Sam! The schedule was packed and therefore might be a bit rushed. We missed the Haenyeo show due to the wind conditions but all locations were great to discover this part of the island.
Sam guided us around southwest Jeju today. Bad weather couldn’t stop him from making our day absolutely special and perfect. He shared all information and schedule completely in advance, managed every step and timing flawlessly, and guided us with great care. We saw stunning beaches, beautiful parks, amazing sights, and enjoyed delicious food. Everything was wonderful, and we felt completely comfortable throughout. We spent today touring the southwest of Jeju Island with Sam. It was such a special day, even though the weather wasn’t good at all—and that is all thanks to Sam. He prepared everything perfectly: from explaining the tour and sending us the full itinerary the day before, to managing every schedule and time precisely while we were traveling. He made the whole experience so comfortable and easy for us. We got to enjoy beautiful sea views, lovely parks, wonderful landscapes, and also had such delicious lunch and dessert. Steven was a great tour guide. He made sure that we enjoyed the trip. Weather is not that nice, but he was able to bring us to other places. He is informative, he also teached us some korean words/phrases. He is really engaged with us. Kudos to him!
