Yes, but these two tours pick up in Jeju City only. You can meet the guide at the first attraction of the day instead: for the East Course at the GS25 convenience store near Hamdeok Beach at 09:30 (when Hamdeok Beach is the first stop), and for the East Course at the Hueree Nature Life Park, main entrance at 10:00 (when Hueree Nature Life Park is the first stop), and for the SouthWest & Hallasan at the GS25 convenience store near the 1100 Altitude Wetland at 09:20 (when the 1100 Altitude Wetland is the first stop). The first stop can change with the day’s itinerary, so confirm the meeting point and time with the guide on WhatsApp the day before. Map links are on the pick-up points page. If you want a hotel pick-up in Jungmun or Seogwipo, choose the Jungmun & Seogwipo half-day tour.

Hotels in the Jungmun Tourist Complex between 10:30 and 10:40, E-mart Seogwipo branch at 10:55, and Heyy Seogwipo Hotel at 11:05. Wait in front of the hotel lobby entrance at least 10 minutes before your time.

At least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Our guide holds a YEHA sign. At the airport the bus cannot stop for more than a minute, so please be ready outside Gate 4 on the 3rd floor. The bus only stops at points with a reservation, so choose your pick-up point when booking, at least 2 days in advance.

For the Jeju City tours, drop-off is at the same five pick-up points, plus an extra stop at Dongmun Traditional Market, a good place for dinner. The airport drop-off is between 17:30 and 18:30. The Jungmun & Seogwipo tour returns to all its pick-up points, arriving in the Jungmun area around 17:00.

Yes. The airport pick-up for the Jeju City tours is at 08:40 at Gate 4 on the 3rd floor. The airport is busy in the morning, so plan to land by 08:00. If your flight is late, call the office and join the group by taxi.

Yes. You can start the tour straight from the airport with your bags. We use large coaches with luggage space. Please tell us the number of checked bags in advance.

Yes. The airport drop-off is between 17:30 and 18:30, so flights departing at 19:30 or later are fine.

Our guide contacts every guest on WhatsApp the day before the tour to confirm the pick-up. Please install WhatsApp and give a number that works when booking.

Yes, the tour runs in rain. In heavy snow, strong winds or other unsafe conditions the guide may change the itinerary for safety.

If a scheduled attraction is closed or cannot be visited, the guide replaces it with an alternative stop. The Haenyeo Show, for example, depends on the weather and sea conditions.

Lunch is included in the price on this website. The restaurant and menu depend on the course. On the East Course the choice is black pork stir-fry or mountain vegetable bibimbap. Before lunch the guide goes through the menu with every guest and confirms each choice.

Yes. Vegetarian and vegan menus are available. They are a choice, not a default, so just tell the guide when the menu is confirmed.

Yes. Tell us when booking or tell the guide before lunch, and the menu will be adjusted.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available on the bus. Charging is usually possible too, but bringing a power bank is a good idea.

All bus tours are led by English-speaking guides trained by YEHA. A private tour with a Chinese-speaking guide is also available.

Cruise schedules rarely match the regular tour times, so we run a separate shore excursion timed to your ship. It is currently listed on Tripadvisor and other booking platforms, and a page on this website is coming soon. For a direct booking, email us your ship name and port times.
