Even though the weather was not in our favor (Typhoon winds and rain - 24 oct) our guide Hayley made sure it was an overall good experience. She kept the positive energy all throughout, even while guiding us through rain and strong winds! We missed some key parts like the Haenyeo Show and the trail to the Seongsan Ilchulbong, but they were well managed and changed accordingly. Again, couldn’t be more grateful for our guide Hayley who was very organized, patient, very attentive to everyone and very positive all day, even when the weather was not favorable. Highly recommend.

I just finished the tour and had a very amazing experience. The itinerary are well organized. Our tourist guide, Elin, is so nice, friendly and helpful. She is very knowledgeable about Jeju, its history and local culture. Time and money spent for this tour are all worth it!!!

Ms Yoonsung (Elin) was such an amazing tour guide - she was very attentive and taught us about Jeju - language, history and culture. Despite the rainy weather, she kept our spirits high and made the trip fun at every stop. ‘Mama’ kept us smiling throughout the day. The tour itself is jampacked - with lots of stops that have been perfectly curated, including lunch which was delicious. Mr Kim, the bus driver, was also lovely- drove very well and kept us safe in the rainy weather.
