I've been on several day trips, and this was the most satisfying one! The tour guide and driver were very enthusiastic and friendly. Even though we encountered many minor incidents during the trip, they did their best to help us deal with them, leaving no regrets. Sam was an excellent tour guide and made our trip truly memorable. He took us to the snowy Hallasan Mountain trail, where he ensured everyone was safe, comfortable, and able to fully enjoy the beautiful winter scenery. His knowledge of the area and thoughtful guidance made the hike both enjoyable and stress-free. We also visited a charming tangerine farm, where Sam shared interesting local insights and gave us plenty of time to explore and take photos. The visit felt relaxed and authentic, adding a special cultural touch to our day. Another highlight was the pictorial cliff, which offered stunning views and incredible photo opportunities. Sam knew the best spots and timing, making sure we didn’t miss any of the breathtaking scenery. Overall, Sam was friendly, professional, and very attentive to our group’s needs. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a well-organized and enriching tour experience.
Sam made this day magnificent. He was punctual, charismatic, and explained the history of Jeju so we could understand it better.
