I joined another tour with the same company today, this time in a limousine bus, and once again it was an amazing experience! We visited beautiful places like Seopjikoji, Seongsan Ilchulbong, a traditional Korean village, and even saw the Haenyeo divers. Every stop was carefully planned and truly memorable. We also had lunch at a traditional restaurant where I tried a seafood Korean pancake, which was delicious and added even more to the cultural experience. The entire team did an outstanding job once again. Everything was very well organized, comfortable, and smooth throughout the day. You can really feel the care and professionalism in every detail. After experiencing two tours with them, I can confidently say their service is consistently excellent. I’m genuinely impressed and would absolutely recommend them to anyone visiting Jeju.

Sam our guide was very fluent in English and shared many stories. Cool guy and he sent us all the photos he took for us with his phone in high definition within the WhatsApp chat. Lunch was so organized and all of us got our food immediately if we pre-ordered. As an ex chef, he even helped us grill the bulgogi and it was perfect! 100% recommended to go for the South West tour as there is so much to see + random amazing flower stops if you go during the correct season!

I joined the “UNESCO Day Trip South and Western Side” and it was simply wonderful! The guide, Andy, was extremely attentive, friendly, and led the entire tour with great care and dedication. You can tell he truly cares about each person’s experience. He not only explained the places we visited but also gave helpful tips on what to look for, how to make the most of each stop, and even suggestions for photos. He also took photos of me, which made a big difference since I was traveling alone. I was traveling solo and felt very welcomed the entire time. The places we visited are beautiful, and the itinerary is very well planned. I was able to enjoy every moment to the fullest without feeling rushed. I already have another tour booked with them and, honestly, I’m planning to book one more that wasn’t even in my original plans. The level of care and attention from the team is truly exceptional.

It was a nice round trips tour with Luke (or Lucas) to visit places in Jeju Island, such as Waterfall, Lava Stone Pillar and etc. The journey was relaxing and Luke is a friendly tour guide. I would recommend to book tour from Lucas Travel to explore Jeju with guidance.

We had an enjoyable tour with our guide Luke. He was patient and didn’t rush us around. He also explained to us some of the history and background of the places we visited. Most importantly, I am very appreciative of his efforts to retrieve my cap during our hike at Eoseungsaengak trail. The wind was so strong that my cap got blown away and he went to pick it up. We will highly recommend him as a guide.

Andy was an excellent guide and is a very friendly person. He was able to alter our itinerary as we had wet weather on our tour date. He was very attentive to everyone in group and offered his local knowledge! strongly recommend!

Andy was great in his assistance throughout. The weather was a bit rainy, so we had to skip Mount Halla. However the rest of the places were really calm and beautiful!
