We had a great experience with our guide, Cindy. Even though the weather wasn’t on our side and we couldn’t see the haenyeo (the famous diving grandmothers in Jeju), we still got to visit many beautiful places throughout the day. You could tell she was a bit stressed because of the bad weather and how it affected the plan, but it’s completely understandable and obviously not her fault. Despite that, she remained professional and did her best to make the experience enjoyable. What really impressed us was that the next day, I reached out to her, and she kindly took the time to call the restaurant and confirm whether the haenyeo would be coming out. Not every guide would go out of their way like that, especially after the tour had already ended. She was thoughtful, helpful, and truly cared about making our experience as complete as possible. We really appreciated her extra effort!

Hays proposed activities that matched our abilities and taste. We had a great time at the tea museum/farm, waterfall, local market, cherry blossom trail, volcanic plateau, and buddhist temple.

Excellent excursion! There were four of us, plus the guide. He took the time to explain each site where we stopped, while also giving us free time to explore as we wished. The guide was amazing and super friendly. The weather didn't really allow us to see the volcano due to mist, but she still made it worth it.
