Elin was the BEST tourguide, 10/5 stars!!! Loved her energy and how she communicated with us about the history of Jeju Island. I especially appreciated her humor and how she kept us laughing throughout the bus ride. Elim was super thoughful and we felt very very well cared for! We actually changed our plans the next day just to book another tour with her for the south west activities!! Beautiful sights, very comfortable ride, and super seamless and enjoyable experience all around.

Did everything on the itinerary I was looking for so product was exactly as described with some really nice surprises. The lunch included some mood enhancing beverages which def surprised me! I've been on many public tours and it's almost never offered so that was a really great touch. The pickup spot system worked very well for me as it was only a 6 min walk from my hotel and it reduces the time is having to pick up and drop everybody off which normally takes forever. Elin the tour guide def went above and beyond to provide us a great experience and make sure nobody got lost. she knew all the spots where turn choices were to be made and would already be standing there to guide us in the right direction. She was also very fun and energetic with great English. She also was very helpful in taking pictures for individuals and the whole group. Definitely passionate at her job and it shows in the results! Overall, great tour experience!

Five stars for Haley! She was organized, informative, easy to understand and such a pleasure to spend the day with! Our family had the best day touring around Jeju Island and learning about each location we visited. We also appreciated all the stories she shared growing up as a local. We are so grateful for this memorable experience. Thank you Haley!

We had a fantastic time with Elin! She was very kind and patient, and also went out of her way to get things done for us (e.g. helped us to change our tea order at the Innisfree cafe to take out). She shared many interesting things about Jeju and made the tour a fun one (though tiring from climbing many stairs 😂). It is a very worthwhile and easy tour to go on because we did not drive. Definitely would recommend this to everyone!

We had tour guide Elin, assistant tour guide Jay, and bus driver Mr. Oh. It was a fantastic and beautiful day. Elin was extremely organized, going the extra mile to ensure we were always on time, but also made sure everyone felt comfortable at all times. Her energy throughout the day was contagious. She explained every part of the itinerary very thoroughly and gave small tips like best bathrooms which is a huge plus. Elin also knew the best spots to take photos and makes sure to get the best angled photos. Jay as well was always ready for photo taking and directing the group. Mr. Oh was also a really good driver. While the roads were very windy and curvy, somehow we didn’t get car sick. The tour was a great start to our stay at Jeju!

Our guide Clara helped to make this beautiful tour even better. There's lots of walking, but you're given plenty of time to explore and learn.
