Jeju Mama Elin was such a wonderful guide and an amazing personality throughout the entire tour. She genuinely took care of everyone and made the experience so enjoyable from start to finish. We were even lucky enough to experience a real Jeju storm during our waterfall stop, and Elin guided us with such care and positivity the whole time. Her energy constantly lifted everyone’s spirits, and her professionalism was truly commendable. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Jeju — and if you get to tour with Elin, consider yourself very lucky!
It was a very nice experience. My sister and I took both available tours and we had Clara Kim on both as guide. She was very kind, always gave clear instructions before each descent, and even shared maps of the places with us beforehand. Also she had very good disposition to take some photos for you. Everything was on time and exactly as planned.
