We had such an amazing time on our Southwest Jeju Island tour, and a huge part of that was because of our wonderful tour guide, Clara Kim! She was incredibly energetic, jolly, organized, and helpful throughout the entire trip. Everything was well-managed, smooth, and enjoyable from start to finish. What truly stood out was how much she genuinely cared for her guests. I accidentally left my wedding ring at our 4th stop and only realized it during our 6th stop. Clara immediately did everything she could to help us retrieve it. She coordinated, assisted us every step of the way, and even helped us book a taxi from the foot bath house all the way back to LOTTE City Hotel Jeju. We were so touched by her kindness and willingness to help at all costs. We are beyond grateful for her support and positivity during the tour. If you ever get the chance to have Clara Kim as your guide, you are in very good hands. Highly recommended! 💛

Very beautiful tour. My favourite part was Seongsam Ilchunong and shared lunch time. Our guide, Clara, had a beautiful energy and was always there for us, making the experience wholesome.

Elin was our guide for the day. She was exceptional, looking after everyone and making sure everyone was comfortable. I requested for front seats due to occasionally being car sick and Elin was quick to take note of it. Timely updates were given to ensure everything and everyone was on time. If you ever need pictures make sure to ask Elin,she’s a pro!! Mr Yoon was our driver and Jay was always there in sight to ensure no one got lost. If you’re ever thinking of joining any tour do consider Yeha!! The lunch was reasonable however there was no obligation and the nearest CU/GS25 was about 10/15min walk away. Elin was always on hand to accommodate everyone. Please do support the elderly uncle weaving baskets quietly should you make your way up to (mid) Songyak San.
