We were lucky enough to have Haley again for our Jeju East course tour, and somehow she was just as amazing—if not better—the second time around. By this point, we already knew we were in good hands, but she still went above and beyond to make the experience feel fresh, organized, and really enjoyable. The day flowed perfectly, and she balanced timing so well that we got to see everything without feeling rushed. Highlights included exploring Seongsan Ilchulbong, learning about local culture at Seongeup Folk Village, and seeing the incredible Haenyeo diver show. She also made sure we didn’t miss special moments—like the cherry blossoms along Noksan-ro, which honestly made the day feel even more memorable. What really stands out about Haley is her consistency—she’s organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about everyone having a good experience. Even small things, like coordinating our airport drop-off smoothly, made a big difference. .

Haley was an amazing tour guide for our Jeju Southwest & Hallasan course tour! From the very beginning, everything was well-organized and clearly communicated, which made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. She made sure everyone knew the pickup details, timing, and what to expect throughout the day. What really stood out was how knowledgeable and engaging she was at every stop from the beautiful views at Hallasan Mountain to the stunning Jusangjeolli Cliff and peaceful Cheonjeyeon Waterfall. She shared interesting facts and gave us enough time to explore without ever feeling rushed. She also handled the group really well keeping everyone on schedule while still being friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The tour itself was full, but never overwhelming, and that’s honestly because of how well Haley managed the pacing. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our Jeju trip, and I’d definitely recommend this tour especially if you get Haley as your guide!

Hailey was great. She was very kind and shared information with the group on the locations we visited and interesting facts about them. We were also lucky enough to see some cherry blossoms down Noksan-ro and visit the canola fields where the two “If life gives you tangerines” protagonists kissed for the first time. This was a great day tour from Jeju City. Lots of good sightseeing opportunities, we even got to see glimpses of the cherry blossoms that were just almost in bloom. Our tour guide Haley was very knowledgeable and interactive and made the tour that much better.

Clara Kim was our guide. very bubbly and friendly guide. always offer to take pic for us and the photos are so pretty. the tour manage to cover all the highlights and great for ppl visiting jeju for the first time. nice tour

Clara was an incredible tour guide! We thoroughly enjoyed our tour from Mt. Halla to the beautiful cheonjeyeon waterfall & every other spot! Clara’s warm and engaging personality made the experience even better! She is well reversed in the history of the sites we visited. She really cares about her guests as I noticed her check in with everyone. If you get the chance to visit Jeju, I’d highly recommend booking a tour with Clara!
