We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our Klook group tour&a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Elin. From the very beginning, she stood out with her warm and welcoming nature, making everyone feel comfortable and included. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain each location we visited, adding meaningful context that made the experience much more enriching. she consistently ensured that everyone in the group stayed together.Her instructions on where to go, what to see&how to make the most of each stop were always clear& helpful. The lunch arrangement was also excellent. Elin took special care to explain the buffet options, including clearly highlighting vegan choices, which was greatly appreciated. Overall Elin made it enjoyable, and memorable. Her positivity, attention to detail, and genuine care for the group made a real difference. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a well-organized and delightful tour experience.

A very good tour! Even though we visited many places in one day, it didn't feel rushed at all. My guide was Zin, and during the tour, she gave us many recommendations, not just for Jeju but for Korea in general. Elin is such a delightful guide who pays close attention to each participant. She takes great effort to ensure that the tour runs smoothly by providing useful tips to remind the participants such as the vehicle details and on when to dress lightly or warmly.

It was a great experience. The tour is really smoothly and our guide is funny. He is also very informative when guiding group of people from different countries. I wish the weather permitted for us to see the Hameyo show. It was quite window and overcast so the women diver isn’t working today :(. Overall, still an amazing day!

The south-west tour involves a fair amount of uphill walking, but the scenic mountain and ocean views are absolutely breathtaking—truly something that digital lenses can’t fully capture. Our guide, Eric, led the tour with a light touch: he was informative, sprinkled in some funny jokes, and made a point to check in on each of us individually, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our meals. It gave the trip a genuine heart.
