Eric made us feel at ease from the very start. He readily accommodated our questions about the history of Jeju as well as its modern life and culture, providing answers that were specific and fact-based. He is also very well-versed in English, which made communication easy and comfortable for us. Throughout lunch and the rest of the trip, he was consistently mindful of every tour participant. I also noticed that Eric has excellent time-management skills, ensuring we stayed on schedule without sacrificing the quality of the tour experience. Enjoyed myself very much. itinerary is good. Despite encountering heavy snow and strong winds, we still managed to go to the main places. Both our guide Clara Kim and drivers are very good. Clara is informative and could explain the significants of each location well. Driver is attentive and always ensure the bus is nearby so we don’t have to walk far in the cold, strong wind. Greatly appreciates the good service.

Our tour guide Elin (our jeju mama) was excellent and had a great sense of humor. She took very good care of all the tourists, always making sure everyone was enjoying the experience. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed, just like traveling with a friend. Really recommend their company

Such a memorable trip!! The snowy weather made the whole trip so interesting, guests were excited to walk in the snow and the strong wind, too! Our guide, Miss Klara Kim speaks good English. She patiently introduced and explained to us everything about the destinations we were visiting. At all times, she took care of us well, helped us with our choice of food and ensured that we were comfortable. East Jeju is beautiful, a must visit part of the island.
