Throughout the entire tour, what impressed me the most was our guide’s attentiveness. Chloe was always nearby, making sure everyone was comfortable no matter where we went. At the restaurant, she not only helped us with ordering but also checked that our food arrived properly and that we were enjoying our meals. I booked this tour as it was my first time in Jeju. Our guide, Jina, was wonderful! She kept her spirits high and was very friendly, positive and bubbly throughout the trip. Our guide Chloe was very sweet and resourceful. She confirmed our attendance the day before and on the day of our departure. We took the western and southern one and it was divided into 5 main destination; the 1100 wetland, cheonjeyeon waterfall, jusangjeolli cliff, osulloc and aewol cafe street, plus a lunch break at a restaurant. The guide gave us 30 minutes at each destination to roam around, except at osulloc tea museum and the cafe street which was 60 minutes. But even so it doesn't feel enough especially at osulloc which I personally think needs 90 minutes to fully enjoy it and the innisfree store next door. Despite so, we were really satisfied with the tour, and would like to take this tour again next occasion. Thank you so much Chloe for accompanying us throughout the tour!
