We had a wonderful experience on our East Jeju tour with Steven today. He did an excellent job throughout the entire day and made the tour truly memorable for us. Unfortunately, the weather was absolutely terrible, with heavy rain and difficult conditions, so we had to end the tour earlier than planned. However, this was completely beyond Steven’s control. What made the tour special was Steven’s passion and knowledge. He shared so many interesting stories about his country, Jeju Island, its history, and local culture. It was fascinating and helped us feel truly connected to the island. Despite the weather, Steven remained professional, friendly, and attentive the whole time. Thank you very much for your great work and for making the best out of a difficult day. We really appreciated it.
