A really great tour of Jeju. Alternates days between the East and West sides, with the South coast being once a week (I believe). The guides are very friendly and give you more than enough time to see each destination. Highly recommend for people who want to do a tour of Jeju but might not know where to start. Can also pick up and drop off at airport. Definitely recommend!

This is a great tour to go if you’re looking to see jeju without having to worry about transportation & language barriers. I solo’d this trip and booking this tour made it a lot easier to see jeju before I left s.korea. I’m glad that I came to jeju and was able to see the tourist spots. Only thing I would improve is giving us more time to spend at some places (i.e. horseback riding & beach time was only 10minutes). I did the east & west tour for this trip and the west tour was the better one for me just because of how therapeutic it was with the beach, greenery, and cruise.

Based on positive reviews on Tripadvisor, I signed up online for the Jeju West Course Bus Tour and it proved to be one of the best decisions ever!nnIs there a word limit for this review? It’s gonna be loooooong ....n,nYEHA had informed me earlier to wait outside the lobby of the hotel I was staying in - at 9.05 am on 23 December. The pick-up arrived punctually, we got into the vehicle and I got to talking with a guest from the same hotel who I had never met before. A few minutes into our conversation, I discovered that we were in Jeju for the same reason - to watch the concert of our favourite singer, Korean soloist Hwang Chi Yeul. Great start to the tour :)nnThe pleasant guide (I think his name was Peter) informed us that our first destination was Geumneung Beach (about 40 minutes’ drive). At Geumneung Beach, we would then board a bus and join the rest of the tour group (from different hotels all over Jeju). During the 40-minute journey to Geumneung Beach, Peter played some music, and guess what? - it turned out to be songs sung by Hwang Chi Yeul! Great job, Peter (YEHA really did their homework, maybe they expected some HCY fans would join their tour, since many of HCY’s fans will visit the countries he holds his concerts in :))nnIt was chilly when we reached Geumneung Beach - we were given about 20 minutes there. The view of the sea from the beach was spectacular, t the wind was really cold.nnThe next stop was beautiful Hallim Park. Here I was so fortunate that my new-found friend, the fellow HCY fan, had, unlike me, done her homework before the trip and had read up in detail about the attractions to be visited. So I followed her lead in visiting Jae-Am Folk Village - interesting - as well as the caves (please note gotta be careful here, do wear non-slip shoes). In order to visit all the attractions Hallim Park has to offer, it would take about 4-5 hours, we were allocated 70 minutes, which was fair enough.nnHeney (spelling?), our young female guide, was simply awesome. She was friendly, informative, and when my friend asked her at the end of the tour if the bus could drop both of us off at a restaurant in Jungmun, she readily agreed. Best of all, she was kind enough to answer our questions about the Kpop scene (or rather about HCY hahaha) - this was just so nice of her,nnSo thank you YEHA for one of the highlights of my tour (I am a real newbie at travelling) - i would highly recommend this tour, especially for solo travellers like myself. Comfortable bus, good driver, awesome guide, delicious buffet lunch at Jeju Aerospace Hotel,so many of Jeju’s beautiful attractions covered in about nine hours - totally fantastic value for money!nnPS A black scarf loaned me by a relative enjoyed the tour so much it decided to stay behind in the restaurant of the hotel where we had that buffet lunch (OK so call me careless :))

The tour picks you up from Southern part and send you to the meeting place to catch up with the group and proceed for the West Course tour. So far this is the only tour that I can find which provide such services.nnI personally prefers West Course as it feels more scenic. The trip is just nice, not too rush and the tour guide is also very helpful.nnRecommend for those who have not arrange for own car

My sisters and I brought our 80 yr old mum to Jeju and special commendation goes to our Mandarin speaking Korean tour guide, Mr Kang. He made the time and effort to take extra special care of mum. Not only was he extremely responsible but his knowledge of the history and culture of Korea is impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed all our tours with Yeha because of Mr Kang. He’s is not your run of the mill type of tour guide. Thank you Mr Kang for making our holiday in Jeju extra meaningful.

This review is not about the tour I did but about my experience with Yeha as a company.nnWe were picked up promptly from the agreed location and were making our way to the coach when my wife tripped and fell. She badly sprained her ankle. We tried to persevere with the tour but after a few minutes it was clear that we would have to abandon it.nnHenny, our guide, was amazingly caring and professional. She let us out and called her colleague to pick us up and take us to the hospital.nnHer colleague arrived after 15 minutes and drove us to the hospital directly. He waited there while my wife’s ankle was examined and was very happy to look after us.nnAfter this, he drove us back to our hotel. He then offered to drive me to meet up with the tour group! I thought this was an amazing gesture and greatly appreciated.nnYeha were amazing all day and even told me not to pay for my wife’s tour and reimbursed my deposit for a future tour I had booked.nnThis company is a fine example of incredible customer care. There were several moments where they went above and beyond what is expected from a holiday tour company and they should be super proud of the caring ethos they have created amongst their staff. Many thanks to all the team!
