Elin is absolutely the best tour guide I have ever had the pleasure of traveling with. She is not only professional and knowledgeable of Jeju Island, but she has a great sense of humor and, most important of all, she goes above and beyond to cater to the customers’ needs. I am traveling with my mother, and the second Elin met us at the bus, we knew we were in good hands. She is extremely enthusiastic, and her overabundant energy reflects her passion and love for her job. She always makes sure that all of the travelers are comfortable and does whatever she can to keep everyone happy. For instance, during lunch (which, I must say, was the most delicious pork meal we had), she continuously checked on us and kept refilling any dishes we needed. I don’t believe she even had time for herself to eat. Another time in the bus, I was getting thirsty, and she happily sacrificed the water she had brought for herself. I must admit, the heavy rain throughout the day put a damper on our tour, but Elin did her best to accommodate and adjust the schedule as needed.nnI also want to give a shout-out to the bus driver as well. He got us all safely to the places on the itinerary, which is especially important during rainy weather, and his driving was very smooth and meticulous. Not once was I afraid when he was on the road (I can’t say the same for other drivers in Korea).nnElin and the driver definitely made our first visit to Jeju Island a wonderful experience. This tour was an amazing way to experience the beauty of Jeju. Elin was an amazing tour guide and provided the group with so much positive energy throughout the day. Any activities we could not do due to weather conditions were replaced with fun alternatives and the day flew by. I wish I had time to do a tour of the west side of Jeju. We did the east side tour today which included Jeolmul Natural Forest, Seongeup Folk Village, Lunch, Gwangchigi Beach, Woman diver show, Seongsan IIchulbong Peak Via JongdalrinShore Road and Manjang Cave. Although we had some pretty bad weather our tour guide Elin was cheerful and optimistic and tried to make the most out of our tour day. Elin went the extra 10 miles by bringing small treats for us on the bus, keeping the tour interactive and lively while also informative. Absolutely love the mini harubong I got! At lunch she made sure we were all taken care of and comfortable and I even saw her waiting on tables from another tour group! She is the best tour guide I have ever had on any tour from all our travels. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated her energy, information and her willingness to go above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable and having a great time. Although we were all pretty soggy by the end of the day her positivity, optimism and energy never wavered. I also greatly appreciated her ability to lead and set time schedules and stick to them. She made sure everyone knew what time to be back on the bus and if there were stragglers she would run out to round them up. I would highly recommend Yeha and doing this tour with her, you will have a blast!

I normally don’t travel on a group bus tour, but as traveling on Jeju Island via public transportation is challenging, I researched and booked this day package tour on Tripadvisor, called Jeju Island East Bus Tour with Lunch. When we arrived in the P2 parking lot of Jeju International Airport for this tour, my mom and I were greeted warmly by Elin, our tour guide for the day. As soon as our tour began and I heard our itinerary, I knew immediately that the rain wouldn’t be too much of an issue as she replaced some of the outdoor activities with other fun indoor alternatives.nnSeongsan IIchulbong and Manjang Cave were worth a visit despite the rain and wind. Lunch was delicious with so much food and a variety of dishes! Throughout the tour, she prepared snacks for us, when we moved from one stop to another, she filled the bus rides with quizzes (with prizes!), so not only was the tour fun, but it was very educational and informative as well.nnWhen the scheduled tour was complete, Elin arranged the dropoffs of all tourists with the bus driver so that we could all get off at our hotel instead of ending our trip at the airport, our tour departure point.nnElin is caring, funny, detailed, knowledgeable, and passionate about what she does, and made our Jeju trip fun and memorable. Elin was an amazing tour guide! She is very enthusiastic, accommodating, and wants everyone to have the best time. My favorite part was the lunch at the folk village and the beautiful views of Seongsan Ilchulbong. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Jeju island and I wish we stayed long enough to do the west and south tours!

The tour guide Elin is also very kind, the English explanation is very clear and easy to understand, and every time is also controlled properly. If you go to Jeju Island for the first time and cannot charter a car, it is highly recommended ??
