We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our tour yesterday (Southwest Jeju Essential) Our guide Erick Bus with plate number 4504, he was truly exceptional as well as the driver. Erick was very adept at his job, knowledgeable, and highly professional. What made the tour even more enjoyable was his great sense of humor, which kept everyone engaged and entertained throughout the day. He was also very respectful, attentive, and made sure that all guests were comfortable and well taken care of. You can really tell that he is passionate about what he does.
