We thought a guided tour would be a nice way to experience some of the sights of Jeju during our short stay, and we were absolutely right! Elin (our guide) was friendly, helpful and full of energy, and our driver Mr. Kim was, as Elin promised, smooth and comfortable (despite Jeju's many speed bumps). We learned lots about the island and it's history and inhabitants and would definitely have done one of Yeha's other tours if we were staying for longer. Although we were disappointed the Manjanggul cave was closed, we actually really enjoyed the Stone Park which replaced it, which was one of our highlights of the tour. Thanks for a great time!

I went on the east tour with Elin. She was a great and fun tour guide. She made the whole day and itinerary fun and easy to follow. She did a great job explaining all the places we went to and saw and was more than happy to take photos if you wanted her to. She even gave us all snacks to try on the bus. I would highly recommend booking your Jeju tour with this company.

I would recommend this tour, if you are alright with the bus style. This company provided plenty of information, was quickly responsive to my email inquiry and politely contacted me the morning of, to ensure i was clear about the pick up schedule. Our driver, Mr. Kim was professional, punctual and skilled at providing a safe, comfortable and timely trip. Overall, the YEHA company and staff treated us well. Our guide Elin was extremely friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. She managed our group of over 20 very well and kept us incredibly on time. she was also very adaptable in a few situations where she accommodated someone’s specific needs while respecting everyone else’s time. Elin was quick to laugh and always offering to take a photo (thx!). the route itself did not disappoint. though this was my first time in Jeju, every stop was full of great photo ops, beautiful or interesting views, and the time we spent at each place was the perfect balance. thx again Elin, see you next time!

Tour was great, easy way to see lots of sights, but @redcapelin made it especially a+, from the curated Korean bus snacks, to her handling of the logistics of a large group (whiteboard with return timings and explanations for each site). So good, we booked the west side of the island for the next day.

I would highly recommend this bus tour, as an excellent way to see the highlights of Jeju Island in an easy manner. Great communication and clear instructions to the meeting spot, and ability to drop off at your hotel at the end made it very convenient. As for our leader Elin, her positive energy is contagious and she shows you the best of Jeju from a local perspective. Her enthusiasm, hospitality, and attentiveness to each member of a pretty large group was impressive and appreciated in making the tour so smooth and enjoyable.

Serena was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the islands culture, past and present. She was entertaining and made us laugh. She always waited for the groups and conducted head counts so nobody would get lost and was very concerned about our safety and well being! She was kind enough to take photos of us and send them! They were amazing! I’m glad to have taken this tour and had Serena as our guide around Jeju-do! If you are thinking about taking this tour; don’t think about it, just do it!
