Our tour guide, Elin, is extremely chirpy, engaging and friendly! She takes pictures of everyone on the tour and, as she remembers everybody’s names and faces, sorts them by family/group and sends them out individually afterwards — I really appreciated that.
All the destination locations in the West Jeju tour were sooo picturesque, and Elin usually points out the best spots for photo-taking. When we arrived at the Osulloc Tea Museum, it was really crowded, so she told us that there was a less well-known store next door where we could bring our delectable green tea desserts and drinks to enjoy peacefully.
Oh, right, Elin also gives out small snacks during the bus trips from one destination to another, which were all delicious. On the return journey, she makes sure everyone disembarks the bus at their desired locations. I loved our entire trip and couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide.

East Tour:
The first tour we did was the East Jeju Tour and it was such a great start to our Jeju vacation! We were at the meeting point 10 minutes early, and we were able to depart for our activities on time at 09:10. Our tour guide for the day was Serena and she was fantastic! She was so sweet, so kind, and a great photographer whenever we needed her. She really took care of us during the day throughout the various tour stops. THANK YOU SERENA! The activities we did during the day were great as well because it was a mix of different activities of various difficulty.
South Tour:
The second day, we did the South Jeju Tour and it was my family’s favourite day out of the three days in terms of the locations we went to. We did some difficult hiking, some easy shopping, and saw some beautiful nature. It was super! The views were the best on this day as well, which meant we had really beautiful pictures as a keepsake. The lunch menu was also really delicious today (we had the bibimbap today). Our tour guide for this day was Elin, and we cannot say enough how much we loved her! She was extremely funny, she was always around to take great photos, and she took very good care of us during the day. She always made sure to guide us to where we needed to go, and always made sure we were where we needed to be on time. The effort she put was above and beyond, and we cannot thank her enough! We’ll never forget Red Cap Elin and anyone who has her as their tour guide will have a wonderful day!
West Tour:
Last day of the Jeju tours was the West Course. This day was a nice break from the intense physical hiking that we did on the East and South Jeju courses. We had Elin again today and we were super happy! THANK YOU!! She displayed the same amount of responsibility to everyone again today, and we had another wonderful time. The best location we went to today was the O’Sulloc Museum because we had delicious green tea cakes, desserts, and ice cream among gorgeous tea fields.
Overall, all the Yeha tours were totally worth it and we’ll recommend them to any friends and family thinking of going to Korea. The tour guides really made the experience an exceptional one, and we will remember these days for many years to come! Thank you!
The day spent with Elin was the best way to see the West part of Jeju. The day was planned very well, with long enough breaks, amazing lunch and stunning views. Elin was an incredible guide with lots of knowledge and she’s such a kind person.
She made sure we were all comfortable at all times and she answered any questions we had. I cannot recommend this trip enough!
Red cap Elin is a create tour guide who feeds us small snacks, plays a trivia game with us, takes up to every destination and sites! takes photos of individuals constantly! very friendly to people not on our tour!! create your guide! very powerful! our bus driver mr. Kim is very nice!!!! he turns on the air 10 minutes before the departure!! it was nice I was allowed to bring food and drink on board is bus!!!
