We had the best of luck to have Elin as our tour guide. She is the best tour guide that we have ever met. I highly recommend this tour and wish you to have Elin as your tour guide too.
Highly recommend this tour! Our party had the wonderful Su Hyeon/ Serena! Not only was she knowledgeable about the history of the island but our tour guide was chatty, friendly and kind, answered all our questions and super helpful. loved her sense of humour and energy and is the best tour guide I’ve ever gotten for any tour!
Had a great time on this tour (Jeju UNESCO Original Tour with lunch included). Even though we were rained on most of the way! Our guide Serena Lee SuHyeon took great care of us (gave us snacks after the hike and mints after garlicky lunch :)). She also imparted local lore, practices and beliefs of this beautiful island with fun and humour. Our (taekwando master!) driver Mr Kim thoughtfully provided us umbrellas FOC which woked a treat cos it was rainy for us all the way (unfortunately). The bus then sent us back to our hotels downtown/Dongmun Market. Pacing of the itinerary was also good. No wonder so many people gave this five stars :)
A great way to hit a bunch of Jeju landmarks! There are many things to see and you never feel bored. Our tour guide Elin was amazing too!! She made sure the trip went perfect, took everyone’s picture, and had great information throughout the day. And since lunch is included, all you have to do is show up and enjoy your day!!!
The tour is extremely good. The cover most of the important spots on Jeju beach. The best thing about this tour guide was our guide Elin. She is very good with everyone and explains the details on different spots well.

What an incredible tour of Western Jeju!!!! Beyond our expectations. Everything about it was perfect ? Let’s start with the easy pickup from the Airport parking lot with the extremely helpful you-tube video. There was just the right amount of time to discover the uniqueness of Jeju. What’s most amazing about this tour was Elin & Mr. Loh our safe & awesome tour bus driver!! Elin was full of positive energy, very knowledgeable, & super NICE!! Great job ? I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Jeju ?
My family of 6 did the eastern side of Jeju Island tour through YEHA and our tour guide Angella was amazing , friendly, and full of knowledge . Recommend the tour with YEHA with Angella as the tour guide. She deserves a commendation! she bought a snack to give to us along the trip and made snack recommendations at the various places. she tried to get each of us excited and involved.
