My guide was Zin and he was always so friendly and sharing information about the places we were going and looking forward so everyone had a good time. It was easy to understand him and he was opened to help us in anything we needed. Also we were on time for all the places and without rushing.
My husband and I joined Yeha Tour Jeju, the west part of the island. Our guide was Zin. He had given excellent service to all of the participants. His english is fluent and easy to understand, he was very attentive and kind. We were really satisfied with Zin. We have booked for tomorrow with Yeha again, for the east part of the island. The driver was so good too, he drove the bus in a convenient speed, and very kind to all of us too. We hope tomorrow we will meet you both again. The tour itself is good, the program and the pace are good.
Jeju Island Southern UNESCO Day Tour with Lunch Included This tour is our second with Getyourguide, and booked mainly because of Elin, our great, unique guide. Not only is she extremely professional when it comes to her work, but she has the gift of introducing you to the beautiful sights of Jeju in such an exciting and fun way that you can’t get enough of it!!! Had an excellent 1 day trip with Red Cap Elin, our very energetic and very kind guide. Elin’s enthusiasm and playfulness was contagious and I particularly enjoyed her constant willingness to share many interesting facts about Jeju Island and South Korea, while also ensuring that everybody enjoyed the tour to the fullest. Thanks a lot for making this day memorable Elin! With respect to the different attractions, Seongsan Ilchul Peak stole the show as it was simply amazing but the other places were also surely worth visiting. In summary would definitely recommend this tour which offered great value for money!
The one day excursion by Yeha Tour was enjoyable. The bus ride was smooth and the guide Angella took good care of us.
You can see all the scenic spots in the west in one go. You don’t have to worry about traffic problems by taking the car to the designated location. It’s very easy to take pictures. Only summer is very hot, so you need to pay attention to sun protection and hydration. It is recommended to participate.

From in-bus games to fascinating trivia about Jeju, and even sharing local snacks during our transit, she made every moment enjoyable. Despite the size of our group, we never felt rushed, thanks to Elin’s ability to keep us on schedule while still providing a personal touch. Mr. Ro, our driver, was equally fantastic—his skillful driving made our journey comfortable and safe, and he handled the roads with such expertise that we could fully relax and enjoy the ride. What stood out most about both Elin and Mr. Ro was their mindfulness and genuine passion for their work. I was especially impressed when I saw them going out of their way to assist other tourists who weren’t even part of our group. Their dedication to making everyone’s experience positive really shone through. If you’re looking for a memorable tour with guides who truly care, Elin and Mr. Ro are the team to ask for. We had an enjoyable 1 day west Jeju tour 30 Sep 24 with our fun-loving & knowledgeable tour guide red cap Elin & gentle driver Mr Ro. I have never seen a tour guide who takes the initiative taking photos for all her guests and even uploads all the beautiful pictures that she takes & send them to her clients within the day as promised.
