Both the guide and the driver were kind. First of all, our guide, JIN, I am Japanese, but I would like to thank you for speaking a little Japanese to me. It was very helpful because I couldn’t understand English. Thank you for asking many people if they wanted to take photos, and of course for asking me too. I’m sure it’s hard to guide about 50 people by yourself, but thank you for the wonderful time. People from other countries also seemed to enjoy JIN’s guide and were smiling throughout the trip. I appreciate your consideration. I’m sorry I don’t know the driver’s name, but he drove very safely and the car was comfortable. Thank you very much for seeing everyone off and welcoming us with a lovely smile. I was very happy to be able to talk to the driver when we returned to the bus early. on 14 October 2024 I was very lucky to have Elin as tour guide in the west and south jeju tour. She is one of the best tour guide that I have ever had. She has a talent for this. She is very professional, friendly, attentive, helpfull, detailed and organised. Her English is excellent. She gave us a lot of interesting information about jeju and about the visiting spots. Moreover she entertained the group very well. We laughed a lot with her, and everyone adored her. Finally she also took amazing pictures for everyone. She shared that the same evening with us, this is an excellent service. In the end she also gave good restaurants recommendations. definitely 10 stars for Elin. Her manager should give her a bonus and a raise!
Aunt Angella was a great guide, and good at English as well. But she didn’t had as good snacks as Elin and didn’t took as many pictures as Elin ? But she taught us a lot about Jeju, and it was fun with the prizes we could win in the bus under the contest ?
It was a really great trip, with some beautiful views and things too see . And our tour guide “mom” red cap Elin was amazing, she was so sweet and really good at English and took a lot of photos ? I would really recommend it ☺️
