Hailey is a very experienced tour guide, very worried for her clients very kind and punctual. She takes pictures of you and shows you interesting things from each location, totally would book with her again , so I give her 5 stars!

beautiful sights! had a fabulous day, made special by our guide Halle. she gave us wonderful insights about each place we visited and told us funny local stories. Halle managed the entire tour excellently, kept us on time and was very attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!

well balance and organised

The tour was excellent — beautiful waterfalls, stunning coastal views, and unique volcanic landscapes. But what truly made the day unforgettable was our guide, Clara Kim. Her English is excellent, her explanations were clear and engaging, and she made the whole group feel like friends. As a solo traveler, I never felt alone for a second. Clara also gave us great local tips for the rest of our trip, and everyone hugged her goodbye by the end of the day! One of the best guides I’ve ever met — thank you, Clara!
