Loved this tour! Never felt rushed, and we had plenty of time to take everything in. Hailey our tour guide was incredible! she went above and beyond and even gave us great food recommendations afterward (which I tried and absolutely loved). Thank you, Hailey! 10/10.
I’m glad we booked this tour. This way we were able to visit places we would not have been able to visit in a day on our own without a car. Haley was an excellent guide! I would definitely go again with her on a tour. Thank you Haley!
The tour was well organised and the destinations were beautiful. Elin (Jeju Mama) was such a delight! She had so many insights and taught us so many things about the island, it’s people and culture. She made us feel welcomed and took care of us throughout the tour. Highly recommend doing it especially if you’re a solo traveller and want to see a lot of the islands attractions all in one go.
I did both the East and south-west tour with Clara. She was fantastic! Very clear in her communication (perfect English), told us super interesting stories during the busrides and made sure everyone was happy and safe. Her energy really is something else, she brights up your day! I traveled alone but felt very seen, she asks you how you are, makes super nice conversation about what you are doing (in my case Photography) and she makes sure that you have some nice travel pictures for yourself as well! Overall best tourguide I have ever had, super well organised. Thank you Clara for these two wonderfull days, due to you I learned a lot, saw a lot of insane beauty of Jeju and made my travel on Jeju Island unforgettable!

From the first moment, she carried herself with confidence, warmth, and professionalism. She took the time to learn each person’s name, asking for the correct pronunciation and using our names throughout the day. That level of personal attention set the tone for everything that followed. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Jeju’s history, culture, and landscape. She shared insights that brought every stop to life, always knowing exactly how much time we needed in each place and giving clear, thoughtful guidance on what to expect. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, whether it was offering help with photos, pointing out the best viewpoints, or making sure we stayed comfortable throughout the journey. Or mama jeju 🥹🥺 her service and her warm smile is the reason why this tour are so special. She not pnly make sure we are happy and safe, she as well teach us some korean culture how to act when in front of korean people, she even invite us to dance and applause for woman diver cause she dont want these diver to feel shy or insecure about their perfomance, overall i think thats very sweet and thoughtfull of her, its not her job as a tour guide but she just show us how korean in jeju were so kind, emphatize and generous to foreign 🫶🏻🫶🏻 bdw me and some customers join again after the first tour just because we want to support ellin and yeha company ( because of ellin ) May God bless ellin mama jeju and her family 🫶🏻🫶🏻 “
Great tour! Due to the weather conditions we sadly couldn’t see the woman divers. Our tour guide Jin did a great job nevertheless. He always offered to take pictures and explained many things.
