The guide, Elin (Jeju Mama) is warm, organised and an energiser bunny! When we signed up, she connected via WhatsApp before we started the tour. First impressions: Very responsive and responsible. And although we waited at the wrong lobby (hotel instead of car park), she came by and no-fuss, we started our tour happily. 2nd impression: Organised but flexible, agile. And along the way, she showed her joy in telling us more of her hometown, sharing snacks, giving us ample time to wander around, taking beautiful photos for us. Lunch menu was pre-planned, and she paid first, with us paying her back later. Time saved, organised and trust demonstrated. It’s the way I like it… you can do your job efficiently, in a systematic manner,without losing the warmth and happiness and with some flexibility. This was way better than our 1 day Nami island tour with another agency which was dictated by the guide’s absolute objective to finish the job by a certain time. Very stressful. So Elin— a 5 star recommendation. An excellent cultural ambassador of her hometown Jeju. Highly recommended.

Elin from eastern jeju island tour is the best tour guide role model we have ever met. We were stunned by how energetic she was. she offered us local snacks in the bus, take good photos, details about the island, quizzes, etc. the tour was truly exceptional with her!

great overall tour even though it’s rainy and cloudy, we all still have fun and enjoying the itinerary. very precise, on time and organized. Elin also is such an amazing tour leader. very funny and easy to understand.
