I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Jeju-Do. Jeju is quite tricky to get around if you don’t have a rental car. If you’re only in Jeju for a few days, a bus tour covers a lot of ground. I was recommended this company by a friend who did a tour with YEHA a few years ago.
The booking system was very efficient and easy. On the morning of the tour, our guide (James-oppa) set up a WhatsApp group. The instructions were very clear about where to meet up and how to locate him.
The tour covers a lot of ground (we did the Southwest Tour) in 8 hours. We explored the coastline and did some short hikes, and enjoyed a delicious fresh lunch. We loved talking with James-oppa: he was friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient in English. He has been a tour guide for over 10 years, and speaks Korean, English and Mandarin. We learned a lot from him and this was a big highlight of our Jeju trip!
Tour was very chill and enjoyable. Our tour guide Haley was able to explain and give us information on every site we visit. She was very accommodating and always made sure all of us had a good time and were comfortable. It was just sad that we were not able to visit Mount Halla as it was said to be closed on the day of our visit. Overall, we had a great time especially we experienced first Jeju snow of 2025. Very enjoyable tour! We particularly enjoyed the Micheon Lava cave, climbing up Seongsan to see the crater and watching the Haenyeo show. Touring the Seongeup Folk Village was quite eye-opening too and the lunch there was great! We are grateful for our guide Haley for sharing so much about Jeju with us in an earnest manner. Can truly tell her love for this place and passion for her job. Highly recommended tour!
