Our tour guide, Haley, was very kind and organized. There was just enough time at each stop, and we finished in a timely manner. We also had an additional tangerine-picking activity for winter. Highly recommend this tour!
We had a great time on the Jeju Day Tour – Southwest and Hallasan route. The places we visited were beautiful and truly showcased the natural charm of Jeju. It was a great way to start the tour by visiting Mt. Halla at the 1100 Altitude, where we experienced winter scenery and enjoyed the mountain views. Our guide, Ms. Clara Kim, was friendly and helpful. She explained the sights clearly and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the day. She even took the time to help us take photos during the trip. She also gave a great lunch recommendation—we enjoyed one of the best local dishes, Galchijorim (braised hairtail fish), which is a must try. Transportation was smooth and comfortable, making the trip easy and relaxing. Special thanks to our driver, Mr. Kevin. Overall, it was a fun and memorable way to explore the southwest side of Jeju. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the island. Thank again Ms Clara, Mr Kevin and Yeha Tour for this memorable experience.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Elin was an amazing tour guide for our south-west Jeju Island tour! She’s humorous, full of positive energy, and incredibly enthusiastic throughout the day. She was also so kind and thoughtful, always helping to take photos for us and the group whenever she spotted a scenic background. Truly a superb experience — highly recommended!

we were contacted by our tour guide Elin, the night before the tour via WhatsApp, informing us of the meeting arrangements on the next morning. she even double-checked to see if everyone indicated the pick-up location. She communicated with us in English and made the entire trip as lovely as possible. Often she shared the brief history of Jeju and went beyond to help us take photos. She will pass on the departure timing from respective tour stops via the group chat and checks that, no one is left behind.. She will even text and call the participant to check on their location if they are not back in time.

I had an amazing time on the Southwest & Hallasan Jeju Highlights all inclusive tour yesterday. The views along the trail were absolutely stunning, and the route was well paced and enjoyable. Our tour guide, Haley, was fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was well organized, and the experience felt both peaceful and adventurous. It was a wonderful way to explore JEJY natural beauty, and I would highly recommend this tour.
