went on the West tour with Stella! had a wonderful time, she was very energetic and knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information about Jeju. Definitely recommend, especially for tourists with no car access as we managed to cover a lot of places in one day.

Elin is an amazing guide! She took 21 of us to the South of Jeju and showed us many beautiful scenic places and took pictures of everyone. She kept everyone safe and had a great time. Highly recommend to check out all the YEHA tours. I did the west and south ones.
I was fortunate to have Serena as my tour guide during my recent visit to Jeju Island in March 2024. Serena was kind, knowledgeable, professional, patient, funny, and ensured everyone in her tour had a great experience. She often volunteered to take pictures of us and made sure the pictures were to our satisfaction. If you are visiting Jeju, I highly recommend requesting Serena as your guide.

East Tour - 04/04/2024 One of the best tour experiences I’ve ever had, despite the temperamental (rainy/hazy) weather. The tour itself was so enjoyable that the weather didn’t dampen the experience. We had Elin as our tour guide who was very attentive, engaging, and went out of her way to make sure that everyone was comfortable and fully immersed in the tour. She was informative and enthusiastic in a warm and genuine way. Elin gave us regular snacks between stops and took many photos that she personally sends to you after the tour. The stir-fried black pig lunch provided was also delicious and the bus journeys were comfortable thanks to Mr. Kim’s driving (his parking is impressive!). I would highly recommend Elin’s tour to anyone considering visiting Jeju. Thank you to our lovely “Jeju mama” —————— Editing to add the West Tour review: This was our second day joining one of Elin’s tours - we did the East tour with her the day before. We were so excited to find out Elin would be our guide again today, as she had genuinely been the highlight of our tour experience. The tour itself was interesting. We got to see a variety of beautiful locations and we even had an unexpected bonus stop before lunch! My personal favourites were the green tea field/museum (the green tea ice cream was delicious!) and the waterfalls. Our driver, Mr Kim, was also excellent. His driving is smooth and gentle; we were impressed by his ability to manoeuvre such a large vehicle in such tight spaces. Elin’s tours are great for visiting various places efficiently, without feeling too rushed. As a guide, she makes you feel welcome and comfortable and makes a point to learn everyone’s names. She even offers to take pictures for everyone, which she personally sends after the tour. Her enthusiasm is infectious and her tours are an all-round great experience, which I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore Jeju. To our beloved “Jeju mama”, thank you for making our Jeju trip so happy and memorable.
