Had an excellent 1 day trip with Red Cap Elin, our very energetic and very kind guide. Elin’s enthusiasm and playfulness was contagious and I particularly enjoyed her constant willingness to share many interesting facts about Jeju Island and South Korea, while also ensuring that everybody enjoyed the tour to the fullest. Thanks a lot for making this day memorable Elin! With respect to the different attractions, Seongsan Ilchul Peak stole the show as it was simply amazing but the other places were also surely worth visiting. In summary would definitely recommend this tour which offered great value for money!

From in-bus games to fascinating trivia about Jeju, and even sharing local snacks during our transit, she made every moment enjoyable. Mr. Ro, our driver, was equally fantastic—his skillful driving made our journey comfortable and safe, and he handled the roads with such expertise that we could fully relax and enjoy the ride. What stood out most about both Elin and Mr. Ro was their mindfulness and genuine passion for their work. I was especially impressed when I saw them going out of their way to assist other tourists who weren’t even part of our group. Their dedication to making everyone’s experience positive really shone through.

We had an enjoyable 1 day west Jeju tour 30 Sep 24 with our fun-loving & knowledgeable tour guide red cap Elin & gentle driver Mr Ro. I have never seen a tour guide who takes the initiative taking photos for all her guests and even uploads all the beautiful pictures that she takes & send them to her clients within the day as promised. Highly recommend her service to anyone touring Jeju Island! ?

We did West tour with Elin and she kept us engaged and entertained throughout the day. She was a fantastic guide and kept us on our toes. She was very knowledgeable about all the locations we visited with lots of interesting facts. She got around everyone and solo travellers helping take photos at the best spots. She also had options for those who didn’t want to go on a steep hike and made sure everyone was caters for. Elin especially went the extra mile for me when I left my phone on the bus at the end of the tour. We were able to reconnect quickly and she made sure I got my phone back. I totally recommend this tour and having Elin as a guide made it enjoyable and super fun learning about Jeju ???
We took the Jeju Island East day tour with Zin. He was an excellent tour guide and shared a lot of fun facts about Jeju island. We enjoyed the tour very much!
Great tour with Zin as our guide on the west Jeju tour. He was very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot of interesting fun facts about the island. Beautiful scenic views around Jeju and hiking to some attractions was doable and not too challenging. Zin was always around making sure we were on track and gave us good tips for best photo shots and great photographer?. Great tour to get in all of Jeju’s amazing sites on the west side. Trying the local food for lunch was excellent ??? overall I recommend this tour as a first time visit.
My adult son and I were looking for something to do on Jeju and ran across the Jeju Island East tour. We figured what the heck and booked the tour. Zin was amazing from the very beginning. He was very informative and concerned for each individuals needs and abilities on the tour. He made sure everyone felt included and did a great job of speaking English to those of us that could not speak Korean. I highly recommend this tour if you want to see the true beauty of the island and experience it with an amazing tour guide.
