I did a tour with YEHA on October 22, 2024 with Elin. It was a great experience, she was energetic and friendly - we learned a little about the history of Jeju Island. She was clear about the timings for each stop, so there was never too much rush or time pressure once we got to each location. The driver was great as well, very smooth ride.
The tour leader, Elin, is excellent at sharing information and caring for the tour groups.

My wife and I joined both the West and East Jeju Island Day Trips. The coach drivers, Mr Won ( West) and Kevin Lee ( East) were very safe and experienced drivers. Most importantly, we were very fortunate to have Elin as our tour guide on both trips. She is just simply marvelous. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. Always had our comfort and safety at heart. She takes beautiful photos as well. Really enjoyed the trips with Elin.

We joined the east route tour last Friday. The experience was amazing. Thanks Elin and all staff for the help. Elin far exceeded our expectations. The natural beauty of Jeju was already awesome. With a professional tour guide, the whole experience was even raised a level. Historical/ cultural backgrounds were well covered for each tourist attractions. Her explanation of Korean and Juju culture made this trip both educational and meaningful to first time visitors like us. The group was quite big with ppl from all over the world and all age. She explained the rules very well with humour so everyone understood the importance to be on time. Pretty amazing that no one was late or got lost in each big tourist site. Also impressed that Elin took care of each of us, including lone travellers and crying babies. Amazed with her energy and capability. Finally, thanks again for Elin and also other company staff’s help. We booked the tour last minute and made mistakes on the date. They facilitated. Really amazed with Jeju ppl’s hospitality and professionalism?
Joined the western/southern tour as a solo traveller, and would highly recommend this as a way of travelling the island and making new friends. Our tour guide was Zin, an amazing guide who explained the significance behind all the different sights and kept us entertained with his funny stories. The tour was very well organised and showcased the beautiful nature jeju has to offer.
I went on the Jeju Island West UNESCO tour today and it was fantastic! Zin was such a knowledgeable guide, especially about the natural elements of the island. Also, I think they’re really underselling the teddy bear museum! I’d say it’s a must visit. I didn’t stop laughing the whole time. It was so adorable.
