Elin was an absolutely fantastic tour guide! She brought amazing energy throughout the entire day and made the experience both enjoyable and memorable. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and informative, and you could tell she genuinely cared about everyone on the tour. I especially enjoyed the fun quizzes she prepared throughout the day—they kept everyone engaged and made the journey even more entertaining. I also really appreciated how she kept us updated at every stage of the tour, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. As a bonus, she taught us some Korean words, including a few expressions in the Jeju dialect, which made the experience feel even more authentic. Elin was also incredibly patient and went out of her way to help everyone, offering to take photos, showing us how to pose, and making sure everyone had wonderful memories to take home. What really stood out was that she was even happy to help people who weren't part of our tour, which says a lot about her kindness and character. The tour was excellent! The landscapes and places were incredible and the guide was perfect. We booked the Jeju East excursion and we got the best guide! Elin (Jeju Mama) was very sweet, attentive and full of energy! She took amazing photos for us when we needed them, and she was very funny.
