We will be visiting Jeju in September and we are interested in your East Course.
As I am trying to book the tour, it asks for my payment information but in the instructions, it says ＂Please pay the balance to the guide by cash payment at the spot of your tour (USD or KRW)
I am wondering what this means - Do I pay $100 USD online? Or can I pay in cash when we arrive to the bus?

When you reserve the tour, you pay for some of tour fee.
Tour fee total per serson:99USD
Pay for reservation confirmation: 49USD
Balance payment: 50USD
When you make the reservation, you pay 49 USD by credit card. When you participate tour at that day you pay the rest amount. You can pay it by cash or credit card as you preferance.
